Using Finalpass
You may use Finalpass to upload and share HTML email work that you own or are authorised to process. You are responsible for the content you upload and the people you invite.
Accounts and access
Keep owner credentials and review passwords secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and shared review links.
Acceptable use
Do not use Finalpass to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, process unlawful content, probe the service, bypass access controls or interfere with other users.
Service availability
Finalpass is an early-stage service. We work to keep it reliable, but do not currently promise uninterrupted availability or a formal service-level agreement.
Payments
Paid terms, renewal and cancellation details will be presented clearly before billing begins. Client reviewers are not charged.
Liability
Use Finalpass as one part of your review process and retain your own source files. To the extent permitted by law, Finalpass is not liable for indirect loss or the contents of a campaign sent after review.
