About Finalpass

Built because the last 5% was taking 50% of the conversation.

The email was finished. The review process was not. Finalpass started as a small internal tool for sharing real HTML with clients and getting unambiguous feedback back.

The idea

Feedback should arrive where the work is.

Finalpass grew out of a real freelance workflow: HTML emailers were ready, but the final client pass still happened through screenshots, vague replies and duplicated notes.

The first version had one job—give a client a link they could understand immediately. That constraint still guides the product.

Quiet software

The interface should explain itself and stay out of the conversation.

Useful specificity

A small tool for a real workflow is better than a large tool with another generic dashboard.

Trust by default

Private work, clear ownership and honest product claims are part of the experience.
