Information we process
Finalpass processes owner account information, uploaded HTML email files, review titles, reviewer names, comments, replies and approval decisions. We also receive basic technical information such as IP address and browser request data for security and operation.
Why we process it
We use this information to provide private review links, identify feedback, maintain review history, secure sessions, prevent abuse and improve the service.
Website analytics
Finalpass uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. It is configured separately from private review content.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with infrastructure providers only as needed to host and operate the service, or when required by law.
Retention and control
Review owners can request export or deletion of their workspace data. Retention controls will become available directly in the product as account features are expanded.
